Zoning Ordinance
Clarendon is a zoned community. The Zoning Ordinance of 1976 has guidelines promoting and protecting the public health, safety, and general welfare of the people in the community. The ordinance was amended January 2018 to read as it does now. Please download to see the document.
Amendment 1 - 2022
An ordinance amending the 1976 Zoning Ordinance of Clarendon township, amended to allow tiny houses and movable tiny houses as conditional uses within the AA and RA zoning districts; to prohibit long-term parking of recreational vehicles, and to otherwise protect the public health, safety, and general welfare.
